ELÁLLÓ FÜL
A fül alaki rendellenességei közül az egyik leggyakoribb az elálló fül. Ebben az esetben két elváltozás figyelhető meg:
- A külső hallójáratot körülvevő porcos “gödör” (concha) túl mély és kiterjedt. Ezáltal nem engedi, kitámasztván a fülkagylót, hogy a koponyához simuljon.
- A fülkagyló egyik íve, amit anthelixnek neveznek, hiányzik vagy nem alakult ki teljesen.
Az elálló fül korrekciója során eltávolítjuk a külső hallójáratot körülvevő porcos “gödör” egy részét, ezzel el tudjuk érni, hogy a fülkagyló a koponyához simuljon. Emellett létrehozzuk vagy kiegészítjük az anthelix ívet.

A konzultáció során a páciens elmondja, milyen eredményt szeretne elérni. A plasztikai sebész kiválasztja, hogy a fülplasztika milyen formáját fogja végezni. Részletesen átbeszéljük a műtét menetét, a kockázatokat és a lehetséges műtéti szövődményeket. A műtétet helyi érzéstelenítésben végezzük, de minden esetben szükséges laborvizsgálat.
Szükséges laborvizsgálatok: vérkép, CRP, süllyedés, Protrombin-INR, sérum nátrium és kálium, vércukor, sérum karbamid nitrogén és sérum kreatinin, GOT, GPT, sérum bilirubin, T. vizelet
Műtét
Az elálló fül műtétje helyi érzéstelenítésben fájdalommentesen jól elvégezhető. A műtéti idő 1-1,5 óra. A metszés illetve végleges heg rejtett helyen a fül mögötti természetes redőben helyezkedik el és szinte nyom nélkül gyógyul. Miután a fül kívánt formáját elérjük, még a műtőben felhelyezünk egy speciális kompressziós kötést, melyet egy hétig szükséges viselni.
Műtét után
Néhány órás megfigyelést követően a páciens kísérővel távozhat. Az egy hetes kontrollon a kötést és a varratok egy részét eltávolítjuk. A továbbiakban fejpánt viselése szükséges még két hétig éjjel-nappal majd három hétig csak éjszaka. Hajmosás egy hét után lehetséges. A többi varratot három hetes korban távolítjuk el. A végleges állapot kialakulásához kb. 4-6 hónapra van szükség.
